Law Enforcement and Family Wellness During COVID-19

April 29, 2020 @ 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Free

While the COVID-19 pandemic is challenging for everyone, it can present unique challenges for police officers and their families. With much of the world enforcing shelter in place mandates to slow the spread of COVID-19, law enforcement personnel represent one of the essential professions who cannot stay home and law enforcement families are left facing concerns about their loved ones contracting COVID-19 while on duty.

To assist law enforcement families in maintaining emotional wellness during COVID-19 and beyond, the IACP will host a webinar on Law Enforcement and Family Wellness During COVID-19, which will highlight a variety of strategies to help police and their families stay resilient and well in these challenging and uncertain times.

This webinar is sponsored by FirstNet Built with AT&T.

The webinar will take place on Wednesday, April 29 at 8:00 p.m. ET. Below you will find instructions on how to access the webinar. The webinar is limited to 500 participants but will be recorded and posted on the IACP website following the event.

I encourage you and your family to participate in this session and share with other law enforcement families within your networks.
